Moni Digital application is a financial technology product offered by "Omni Capital NBFI" LLC. It provides online loans without requiring collateral, using a mobile application to deliver swift credit decisions based on credit scoring.

"Omni Capital NBFI" LLC has obtained a non-banking service license under Decree No. 204 issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia. The Moni Digital application offers the service of online loans to customers in compliance with the laws and regulations established by the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia:

Operating in accordance with Mongolia's local regulations, Omni Capital NBFI recognizes and upholds its customers' right to privacy. The company is devoted to safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of their customers' personal information. Moni Digital is exclusively accessible within Mongolia.

Registration process on the app:

• Download Moni application
• Initiate the registration process
• Agree to terms and conditions
• Provide necessary information (Phone number, National ID number)

Loan request:

Upon submitting required information, our AI credit scoring system evaluates the data alongside credit history to ascertain the credit line. Following completion of the credit assessment, both parties must finalize a Loan Agreement, enabling borrowers to access a loan up to their credit limit at any time.

• Monthly rate: 3%
• Maximum APR: 36%
• Credit line period: Minimum repayment period of 3 months, extendable up to 24 months

Loan repayment:

Our system informs customers about loan repayment through SMS, in-app notifications, push notifications, and phone calls from our customer service team. Customers can repay loans anytime using the Moni application, local bank apps, or at local bank branches. After loan repayment, customers can request a new loan within 365 days.
